[About cancellation] We are a small salon and require reservations. We secure a time slot that suits your menu, so Once we accept your reservation, we will refuse any reservation requests from other customers who wish to make a reservation at that time. There are a limited number of customers who can be treated in a day, and some people are waiting to cancel. If you cancel on the same day or cancel without prior notice, we will not be able to accommodate customers who wanted to make a reservation at that time. Customers waiting to cancel will not be able to receive treatment. For these reasons, we ask that you avoid making last-minute changes or cancellations as much as possible and contact us in advance. *Customers who repeatedly cancel or change their reservations by the day before may be charged 50% of the reservation menu. Please note that customers who cancel without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reservation menu price.
