Hello! Today I would like to write about the differences from Japanese beauty salons that I have noticed since I started working as a hairdresser in Malaysia.
First of all, there is no sense of season 😂 Malaysia is summer all year round. Unlike Japan, fashion does not change between spring, summer, autumn and winter, so there is no light style because it is summer, and there is no heavy style because it is winter. We make proposals and respond to customer preferences.
Next is coloring. I think there were many places in Japan where high-tone colors were prohibited due to company rules. When I was working, I often heard that "I want to make it brighter, but I can't because of my work." Malaysia is not all companies, but the rules around it are loose.
Finally, Malaysia is a multi-ethnic country. Many people have immigrated from abroad, so we have to deal with various hair types. This is an experience that cannot be done in Japan 👍

今日はマレーシアで美容師を始めてから気づいた、日本の美容室との違いを書きたいと思います。
まず季節感がありません😂マレーシアは一年中夏です。日本のように春夏秋冬でファッションが変わらないので、夏だから軽い感じに、冬だから重めのスタイルなどはありません。
お客様の好みに合わして提案したり対応しています。
次にカラーリング。日本は会社のルールでハイトーンカラー禁止のところが多かったと思います。僕が働いていた時も「明るくしたいけど仕事の都合上できない。。」というのを良く聞きました。マレーシアは全ての会社では無いですが、その辺のルールは緩いです。
最後にマレーシアは多民族国家です。外国からも移住して来ている方も多いいので、様々な髪質に対応しなければなりません。この点は日本ではできない経験なので鍛えられると思います👍
