マレーシアに来て５ヶ月が過ぎました。
Hello everyone!I'm Miho.
I have been in Malaysia for 5 months.
色々慣れてきましたがサロンではやはり材料不足、つまり日本では当たり前に手に入る薬剤をコントロールするものや道具など、なかなか手に入らないことに対応、切り替えしていくのが大変でした。
I got use to life in Malaysia day by day but I'm not still used to my work. Because I can't get many kinds of hair solutions and hair colors. Anyway, it easier get in Japan but not have in Malaysia.Not imported.So it is hard to solve.
私が日本で長く働いていたサロン（下北沢リアルクローズ）は、パーマ液、カラー剤はなど薬剤のラインナップがかなり豊富で、なおかつその物の性質をかなり理解できる環境にありました。
I worked hair salon in japan.that salon had many kinds of hair solutions and hair colors I can understand it was the optimal environment.
そして何と言っても薬の減力やダメージをかなり考えており美容師自体が顧客に合わせ自由に減力したり、後のヘアースタイルへの影響を考えてプランニングしていく事ができました。これって当たり前の事のようですが、そう簡単ではなく、美容師サイドもそこまで考えている人もどれだけいるか。。。
So I was able to plan for customer because I got many options and I was able to make to minimize the damage hair used to that material.It's not a simple matter.
顧客には履歴があり、特に女性はロングヘアだと１年、２年前の髪が残っており様々なケースがあります。出来る事が多すぎて、複雑になってしまっているケースもあります。
出来るだけ薬剤を減力して次に続くヘアスタイルの展開の幅を可能な物にするかは美容師の腕にかかってきます。
The hair has long history ... 1years ago,2,3years a go .. especially long hair.
There are too many possible services involved. good hair stylist think for less damage and continue next hair style. it is very important.
まあ、よくもオーナーはあんなに優れた薬剤をかなりの選択肢の中から選び出せたなーと思います。もちろん彼は色々試しますのでボツになった薬剤もたくさんあり置き場がなかったです。。。笑
That salon owner tried many hair care items.So he knows good items. It is great thing becuese
it need some money and time.Of course ,there are bad items as well.
良いものに出会うにはリスクはつきものです。
しかし、マレーシアにおいては選択肢がありません。。。。困った。。。笑
考えればわかるのになぜこれがないのかと。。。なのでmy bossのCHIAKIとあーでもない、こーでもないと喧嘩！？しながら四苦八苦、薬剤の成分、反応を日々調べながら一番ベストな選択、可能性を模索しております！
However,I can't get many hair care items in Malaysia...So We think for less damage and continue next hair style and new idea!
